About ADNOC School Madinat Zayed

It is with great pride and excitement that I join ADNOC Schools Madinat Zayed as your Principal. I am truly honored to become part of a school community that values excellence, collaboration, and the holistic development of every child.

I bring with me over fifteen years of experience in educational leadership, having worked in the United States and across the GCC in a variety of senior leadership roles. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of serving as a School Principal, Founding Principal, Director of Curriculum and Assessment, and in cluster level academic support roles. These experiences have shaped my strong belief in high quality teaching and learning, purposeful leadership, and the importance of building positive, inclusive school cultures.

At the heart of my work is a deep commitment to student success. I believe every child deserves a safe, supportive, and engaging environment where they are challenged academically, supported socially, and encouraged to grow with confidence. Strong partnerships between school and home are essential to this vision, and I look forward to working closely with our families to ensure the best possible outcomes for our students.
